Natural oil dubbed as the next superfood

Note: This is a personal research done privately, with the purpose to find the best natural supplements that are shown to improve the quality of life, and can easily be integrated into an everyday diet.

This time, the search was aimed at finding a good wellness product with a high and usable content of essential oils, as well as other beneficial constituents for a complete superfood.

There were the obvious choices that already saturated the market, but also the research found some surprising natural products, one of the most striking being hemp seed oil

Skeptic at first, the research started with the nutritional value provided by hemp oil:

Vitamin C |  Calcium |  Iron |  Arginine |  Magnesium |  B vitamins |

Linoleic Acid (Omega 6) | Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) | Alpha-Linolenic Acid (Omega 3)

Though the vitamin intake from hemp oil is not all that impressive, it was the last three constituents that got my attention.

Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) has beneficial effects on brain function and metabolism.

Linoleic acid (LA) that is an essential compound in controlling inflammation levels.

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) which has anti-inflammatory properties, having beneficial effects over anxiety, concentration, and energy levels.

What is really interesting about hemp oil is the fact that it offers the main essential acids Omega 3 and 6 in an ideal 3:1  ratio, allowing for a better absorption by the human body. Also, given the abundance found in this specific type of oil, one serving will be enough to cover the needed daily dose.

What are the benefits of adding these essential acids to an everyday diet?

The list is quite detailed, but mainly:

* Reduced and Controls levels of inflammation

* Improved quality of sleep

* Rejuvenated skin, hair, and nails

* Support for memory processes

* Help against fighting anxiety

* Optimising appetite levels

Furthermore, the personal research showed that hemp oil is a natural solution for offering relief from chronic pains, fighting anxiety, as well general wellbeing since this blend of natural acids is not commonly found in high amounts in everyday foods.

Quite a lot for a natural oil which is not yet part of a global diet, though signs show that it should.

So, is hemp oil that safe for consumption?

According to the World Health Organisation, hemp oil is a generally safe oil for internal consumption, without risks of overdosing it. Wrongly associated with the cannabis plant, hemp itself has little to no THC, and will not make you intoxicated.

Where can you get it?

The research found that Australia’s Most Potent Hemp Oil Capsules can be found at 13 Seeds Hemp Farm Tasmania:

Hemp Seed Oil.

They are a family-operated company, which is always a good sign in terms of quality, and their feedback is able to prove just that:

‘The Hemp oil tablets are really good. They definitely help with arthritis pain.

The delivery service has really improved a lot. I will be buying regularly now.’

Lorraine Schopp

“I purchased the Hemp Seed Oil and a sample pack of the other products. The Hemp seed Hearts are so so good! And I am yet to try a couple of the other things but the oil is great and I would highly recommend to anyone out there wanting to try.”

Final verdict on hemp oil?

After a thorough research, it is clear that hemp oil is a great natural source of omega 3 and 6, as well as Gamma-Linolenic Acid, showing effectiveness as an anti-inflammatory agent, as well as offering alleviation from an entire array of chronic pains, as well as offering multiple wellness benefits.
